Hi, getting the same black screen on logging in via a HV security server.... and then it diconnects. Have tried unintalling agent and tools and reinstalling tools then agent, no luck... can see data flowing with wireshark.. end of the day I am stuck with

Does it mean anything to anyone? So braindead, it would be nice if tomorrow morning it were bright and sunny and there was an answer to this headache I have been having for days and days... :-(
