CBRC does not seem to regenerate properly

I am looking for some feedback on how to resolve a problem I am having with CBRC in a View 5.2 vSphere 5.1 environment.

I have View Storage Accelerator enabled for the vCenter server in View, and have Use View Storage Accelerator enabled on the Pool.

At first everything seemed to be working well.  Most of the desktops showed as current, with a few that did not confgure (which I assume simply meant they had not been powered off long enough to let the digest file get created)

Over time they switched to 'Out of date'.  Now all of them say out of date.  I have a blackout window from 1:00-7:00am. I have played with various times for the regenerate interval and currently have it set to 90 days.

Here is the only way I can get the desktop to become current:  Set the desktop to Maintenance mode and power off the desktop. When I do that, after a few minutes it will show as current. When I take the desktop out of maintenance mode it then powers on the desktop, but after a couple of minutes the status switches back to Out of date.

I have multiple Connection Servers, and it appears that one is designated as being responible for regeneration.  Every minute the log on that server shows:

[PendingOperation] Pool control for desktop external is recomputing CBRC digests for VM ...

If I cycle the Connection Server service on the server, the task simply moves to another connection server and its logs start filling with these messages.

Anyone have a suggestion for how to get this working properly?  I have looked around and cannot find anything that addresses this issue.

Thanks.
