Having an issue with many pools based on one template, maybe 150ish linked clones in these pools. They are all Windows 8.
We just started noticing that they do not refresh upon a restart, or shutdown, even though the pool settings are set to refresh upon logoff.
All our windows 7 pools are working normally and refresh regardless of logoff, shutdown or restart.
The only way it will refresh is if you log off, and prevent the terminal from reconnecting quickly. Otherwise, it reconnects so quickly that the refresh doesn't trigger.
Has anyone played around with windows 8 in a linked clone environment and gotten these results?
Hopefully I put this discussion in the right section, move it and yell at me if not!

More info: VMware view agent 5.2 on template, latest build. VMWare View Administrator 5.2.0. vCenter is at 5.1.0, hosts are running ESX 5.1.0
