I have a couple of Windows 7 physical desktops (unmanaged) that have view 5.3 agent client running on them. They are using RDP protocol - only. A few of the users will see the error: "all desktop resources are currently busy" when attempting to connect to their PC. These are their dedicated phyiscal PCs; the remain connected to the console when they leave the office. Typically, if they connect to the machine another way (VPN then RDC) and log off the console session they can reconnect via View. This obviously is not an ideal work around.
I also use view to connect to my W7 physical machine and I have never had that same issue that some others see. I have had them uninstall, reinstall the agent, reboot, I've unregisterd and registered the desktop in View. The only difference between my system and one or two of the others is that I am running W7 Enterprise and two users are running W7 Pro. I dont know if this is an issue with W7 Pro or resources on their PC....
I'm looking for anyone that may have had this problem and if so, how you finally resolved it.
Thanks in advance.
