We are currently experiencing an issue where users log in to a view desktop click on IE in the taskbar and it says that IE is not installed and if they wish to unpin the item.
we are using a linked clone pool on view 5.2
persona management is enabled and app data is pointing to a share on a file server.
we can get around the problem by deleting the users persona and logging them back in but it has happened to some users more than once.
it seems to have happened since we have moved the persona's to a new location
where can we start to troubleshoot this issue?? or has anyone seen this before?
