Are Dell "Express Flash PCIe SSD drives" similar to Fusion-io cards and is anybody using them for View?

I was planning on using Fusion-io flash in a Dell M620 but unfortunately there is no Fusion-io solution for that blade model. I found out Dell has "Express Flash PCIe SSD drives" which can be used with the Dell M620 blade.

My questions:

• Does anybody know if the "Express Flash PCIe SSD drives" can deliver the same performance as a Fusion-io card, e.g. a HP IO Accelerator card (HP's Fusion-io card) for HP blades? Are they similar in performance charateristics?
• Is anybody here already using the Express Flash PCIe SSD drives in their Horizon View environment?

I am planning on using this storage as a datastore for my stateless Horizon View 5.3 virtual desktops.
