Hi all,
Been having a few issues today with one of our pools. I recomposed one of our pools of about 40 machines. The machines failed to recompose and are stuck in customizing. They all have the following error in Vsphere:
The lock protecting virtualdisk.vmdk has been lost. This is most likely due to underlying storage having problems, resulting in this virtual machine getting powered on at another ESX host as well. This virtual machine needs to be powered off at this host now. Kindly confirm that the virtual machine is running successfully on another host before clicking the OK button
The machines now will not boot up at all. I followed a KB on deleting the .lck file which is meant to resolve this issue but failed. I quite limited to what i can do in the horizon admin console now as the machines don't respond to much.
Any idea's how i could resolve this if its possible?
Many thanks.
