vCOPS for View, is there a Foundation edition?

I just downloaded vCenter Operations Manager 5.8 Foundation edition from here

This is the free edition that allows one to monitor their server virtualization setup

VMWare also sells vCOPS for View which allows one to monitor Horizon View

Is there a Foundation edition for vCOPS for View?
