Hello, I'm reading the 5.2 admin guide for View and under the policies section there is an excerpt that states "Lower-level policy settings can be more or less restrictive than the equivalent higher-level settings. For example, if the global policy that specifies the amount of time a desktop can be checked out is set to 10 minutes and the equivalent pool-level policy is set to 5 minutes, you can set the equivalent user-level policy to 30 minutes for any user in the pool. I'm not seeing where in the admin interface you can change how long a user can have a desktop checked out for 10 minutes as it mentions.
