VDGA works fine with 2 monitors through security server, internally only works on one monitor

So this is a bizarre thing that I can't seem to figure out. When I deploy a new VDGA VM right now, I cannot get 2 monitors to work from inside the network. However, if I connect from outside the network through our View security server, two monitors works perfectly fine.

I have the following setup.

Physical hosts are Dell R720 servers with Apex PCoIP offload cards and NVIDIA GRID K1 cards. Grid cards are on the latest firmware.

Software is ESXi 5.5 with View 5.3.

Internal connections route to server view.mydomain.com which is a non-tunneled connection.

External connections go to viewsecurity.mydomain.com, which is paired with view2.mydomain.com, setup with PCoIP secure tunnel connection enabled.

As a test, I also tried connecting internally to view2.mydomain.com, however I got the same result.

The errors that we get are as follows:

IMG_FRONTEND :sw_host_get_display_modes:  - warning - primary display not found

IMG_FRONTEND :set_display_topology: VMwareResolutionSet_SetDisplayTopology failed (topology result = 0)

I'm pretty baffled as to how this is possible, can anyone offer suggestions?
