Failure to pass through usb mouse/keyboard

I have a mixed PCoIP environment with both hardware and software (i.e. View) clients, and hardware and software (virtual) guest machines.

If I connect SW -> SW, HW -> SW, or HW -> HW using VIew as my manager then the behaviour seems fine. If I connect a View SW client to a hardware based PCoIP host the mouse and keyboard fail to be passed through to the guest.

Has anybody seen this behaviour?

I am currently using View 5.1. The machine the SW client is running on, and also the hardware guest machine are both running WinXP.

Any thoughts?
