I have tried to use my certificate on my USB smart card to encrypt and decrypt email using a webaccess plugin thinapp. I have also found the same problem in out Adobe Pro thinapp when signing PDFs. If I install a software certificate inside of my VDI desktop that works for both functions. I have a user testing a regular smart card but that looks like it will work as I can see my expired cert on an old smart card. I tried the fix from this article for 4.7 but then I can not see my expired smart card and the USB still does not work. If anyone has this working please let me know. Thanks
