Am facing some issue with my client VDI connections, whenever am logging to the VDI the connections is getting close after the authentications. multiple machines are affected with same issue.
When using the View client I login in the usual way however once it connects I see the black screen for about half a second and then just disconnects. Any idea's why this is happening?

i have allowed firewall rule (ip based access) for this server
