Multiple sessions for single user

I noticed that single user having multiple sessions holding onto multiple desktops in the pool. And all connections are "connected" and wont  logoff after user disconects. This is giving other users that no desktop resources available error when they try to connect.

Following are Conf settings for the pool

1. Automatically logoff after 30 mins

2. Allow multiple sessions: NO
