I want to make sure my PCoIP traffic is given highest priority on the LAN (I do not utilize VoIP). I know this will involve QoS, which I am fairly new to, I'm just not sure how to go about it exactly. I have Cisco and Netgear managed switches. What have people done here? Configure DiffServ classes and policies using the UDP port 4172 as the trigger and tie that packet to 802.1 level 7 (highest level)? Or tie packets of that protocol to output queue 4 (highest level queue)? There seems to be many options and not much documentation out there on how to do this. Does anyone have any knowledge they can share on how they did this on their network? Sorry if my explanation was bad...I can provide any other necessary information. Thanks for any help on this!
