Remote Desktop can't connect - View Newbie needs help.

Hello,

 

My clients (Windows PC's for now) can't connect to the View desktops. Here's a breakdown of the environment:

 

One connection server on an internal IP and one security server with an internal IP and a public IP. I have setup a public DNS name which is pingable from the outside. These servers have been setup with a pairing security password. On the connection server the HTTPS Secure Tunnel and both gateways are enabled. Same goes for the security server. I have a floating desktop pool with HTML Access enabled.

 

Trying to connect to a desktop in the pool from the outside fails with a 404 error. But it does work if connected into the corporate network via VPN.

 

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
