PowerCLI and restricting application use

Hi. I was wondering if there are any PowerCLI or other scripting experts out there that can help. What I'd like to do is be able to use the location based variables that an end-point passes to a virtual desktop. What I'm looking to do use a script to hide an application desktop icon/and start menu icon based on the endpoint MAC address. For example, if an endpoint client MAC address is not part of a pool of "allowed" MAC addresses, the script will hide certain application desktop icons/and start menu icons. There will be far too many possible endpoints for me to define each endpoint name, so the rule would have to be "if MAC is not part of this MAC pool"

Here are the related links that discuss what is possible. So, it looks like something like I want to do can be scripted. I just don't know how .
