"IPSec is configured but not active on the security server"

Hello all,

 

 

 

I'm having an issue whereby my Security Servers in a new environment constantly change between Red and Green in the Administrator Dashboard. When Red, the error message is "IPSec is configured but not active on the security server". It changes roughly every 2-3 minutes.

 

 

 

IPSec appears to be working, as confid bytes are being sent and received, and there is an association. Firewall rules seem to be the same as our other environment (which doesn't show this issue), and users can login happily (when the Security Server is both red and green) and no disconnections occur.

 

 

 

We are running View 5.3.

 

Anything I can do to troubleshoot this? Screenshots are attached.
