Occasional lack of ability to connect to a VM, View 5.1.1, EVENT 104, VMware View - encrypt response context is missing encryptId

Good Afternoon,

Around once a week I am getting the same error reported from end users of our View 5.1.1 environment, that when they try and connect to a floating pool they are unable to connect. When checking the VM, sometimes it is totally frozen, other times it is available on the console but it wont accept PCoIP connections and as the user has already been assigned this floating machine it doesn't connect them to another available machine.

The only thing I have noticed in the logs so far is the following event which is repeated numerous times, the fix i have been using is reseting the machine then the user is able to connect one the VM reboots.

Just as a bit of background information, this pool is provisioned using quick prep and the machines are refreshed at every log off.
