View Connection Server Manager - "User" column not showing logged in accounts in a desktop pool's inventory

Hello,

I'm trying to identify the point of failure in communication between a pool of linked-clones and the view connection server - that prevents the management console from seeing if-and-who is logged into a particular linked clone VM.

It had shown the "User" status properly in the past, but after several re-compositions and implementing a required McAfee firewall on the Connection Server, Composer Server, and each Linked-Clone - it has stopped. Windows firewall is turned off all machines.

I've spent awhile already tuning the McAfee firewall to allow all the required traffic and services through, and everything is working - it just appears that it is failing to take inventory on the linked clones in regards to if someone is logged into one.

I would assume the View Agent handles reporting this info back to the Connection Server, but I can't seem to pinpoint the communication that is apparently being filtered, when everything else seems to be working in the View infrastructure.

I'm currently testing with the firewalls turned off to see if I can get it working again.

I've attached a screen cap to clarify where the problem is.

Thanks in advance,

Corey
