Getting Error "The view connection server connection failed. verify that the view connection server address,network settings, and SSL settings are correct" while connecting

I am using Tata Docomo photon+  Wifi for net connection... but when I try to connect VMView Client I get follwoing error:

"The view connection server connection failed. verify that the view connection server address,network settings, and SSL settings are correct"

Can u please help me with this, however same is working if i use other ISPs. like Reliance NEtconnect
