Horizon View 6 - Black screen connecting to desktops

Hello all,

we are evaluating Horizon View 6 but we have some problem connecting to virtual desktops.

When i try to connect to a virtual desktop (windows 7 professional vm) i get a black screen and if i try to connect to the same desktop with https (HTML access) i get disconnected immediately.

I've the same responses if i try to connect directly to the connection server (from our inside network) or from outside through the security server.

I've tried to check PCoIP and view agent logs but i cannot find nothing wrong.

EDIT: using RDP instead of PCoIP i can connect and see desktop.
