Hi,
I have a problem with multiple displays in my View environment.
The environment is view 5.3, made up of about 5 pools. All are floating automated pools. All pools are configured to support 4 displays with the max resolution offered. The clients tested are 4.6, 2.3, 3.0
The first time a user logs in to a desktop, one of two monitors will turn black. The mouse is visible but nothing else.
If I disconnect (not log off) and then reconnect, the second monitor comes alive and all works as expected.
Would anyone have an idea why this will only work after a reconnect and not upon initial login?
Should the base images have been set up in a specific way to specify multiple monitors?
I would appreciate any thoughts you may have
