We are experiencing some issues with our VMware View Infrastructure, this issues are related to Mouse and Audio Problems,
We have T50 Wyse Clients , the issue happens when users are working on virtual desktops the mouse starts to jump without no reason , T50 has a USB Keyboard with PS2 Mouse connected to it, we think this could be the problem, we made some tests using a USB Mouse and problems disappear, this issue happens when probably theres a disconnection between Thin Client and VM Desktop, The second issue is that we want to use an Audio Headset but the audio sounds bad (we made an GPO Compressing audio and it works but the microphone is not working . Do you have some knowledge about T50 Wyse issues with Vmware View 5.3 ?
Wyse T50 is Linux Enhanced Ubuntu , I tried to generate a Support request but something is wrong with the webpage "the send button is not working"
