Horizon View 6: Problem with PBM subsystem

After creating an automated, floating, full clone pool in View 6, I get an error in the provisioning process:

Error during provisioning: Problem with PBM subsystem while creating profile FULL_CLONE_DISK_FLOATING_04350771-c750-434b-a855-39ff56f300e5

When manually creating a VM out of the template, it works (including the customization specification).

Creating linked clones, works.

The event database doesn't report anything worth mentioning. It just says that the full clones can't be provisioned.

Unfortunately, I tried googling on "VMware View PBM subsystem", but no real hits.

Does anyone ever encountered an error like this?
