Hi there,
We have a View 5 environment with Windows XP VID's, accessed from Windows 7 computers.
Thinprint maps the local (network)printers on the win7 computers to the WinXP VDI just fine, and everything is working well, but the printers are always created with default black&white settings.
Changing the default print settings to color works until the user reconnects. Then printers are destroyed, on connection recreated, again with the b&w as default.
This happens when the color mode of the printers on the Win7 hosts are set to "auto" or explicitly "color".
Is there a way to configure the TP services to default to color printing ? Registry setting ? Local Group Policy ?
(Our WinXP computers are part of a Samba domain, we do not have Active Directory GPO available on them)
Thanks for some insight
Steven
