vmare horizon view and netscaler

Hello ...

   We have a deployment of 2 horizon view connection server(s) and load balancing being handled by a netscaler.

   Testing direct connections to/through the connection servers PCOIP/RDP using the horizon view client 3.0.0 build 1887158 we have no issues.

    Now connecting to/through the netscaler (PCOIP/RDP) we get a logon box right after we see the pools; now the logon box sits there and does not go away but; the workstation eventually loads i.e. i get into the desktop.

    Kinda freaky more of an annoyance ... but has anyone encountered this issue before?

   we had initially thought that UDP 50002 was causing the issue but getting this port opened did not help at all.

    Please advise..
