Cannot connect

If a VM is powered off, it does not power on again at the request of the Horizon View client on the users zero client, or Horizon View client on the desktop.

 

This is affecting all users.

 

Powering on the VM from vCentre is a work around that works temporarily, until the VM is powered off again.

 

When trying to connect from the View client the connection tries and then times out. Unable to establish connection.

 

Any ideas on what to look at first?
