Problem with PCoIP Secure Gateway for PCoIP connections

Hi!

I'm trying to connect to VMware View Desktop from WAN through firewall with PCoIP Secure Gateway for PCoIP connections enabled on my Connection Server.

The external IP of the firewall on port 4172 is mapped to the LAN IP of Connection Server on port 4172.

In the settings of Connection Server the PCoIP External URL is the external IP of firewall.

When I try to add a new server to my VMware View Client as "the_external_IP_of_firewall:4172" I get an error : "Error: An unexpected error occured".

How can I solve this problem?
