View Composer Fault - DuplicateName

Horizon View 6

View Composer Standalone

ESXi 5.5

Got one I just can't figure out and we're sort of new to View.

The other day there were two desktops that were having issues.  "Someone" deleted them from View Administrator in the hopes that they will get provisioned back to the pool.  I have about 20 desktops all together.

vSphere successfully replicates the snapshot to the new VM desktop and named properly.  However, View Composer states there's a duplicate name and of course disables provisioning on the pool.

The vm referenced in the error message does not exist in the ADAM database nor does it exists in the Composer database (used SviConfig to determine).  It is not in Active Directory either.

I get this message after clicking on the Pool in the Summary page.

------------------------------

Error during provisioning:

View Compose Fault: Unexpected VC fault from View Composer (Unknown) - Unknown - <fault xsi:type="DuplicateName" xmlns="urn:internalvim25" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">

<object type="VirtualMachine" serverGuid="500519FE-E311-4232-8AFB-C5727892A6B1">vm-1347</object>

Any suggestions would be fantasic!

Thanks!
