Kiosk Mode with Dell Wyse P25

I have a VMware View 5.3 environment configured for kiosk mode. I have started migration from View 4.6 to View 5.3. Kiosk Mode worked great under View 4.6 with the P25s, but not with View 5.3(fresh install). The thin clients logs say invalid username or password, which I know is correct as I have tested the configuration with a standalone windows box using kiosk mode from the command line passing in the username and password that the thin client would use in the 5.3 environment.

On the connection server I see this in the logs.

I have required passwords for kiosk logins, but I set the passwords in the vdmadmin command.

In the Management Console, there is no box to put in the domain name under Connection Server + Kiosk.

Any ideas what could be missing?
