Your desktop has been disconnected

Absolutely stumped on this one!

 

I'm running Horizon View 6.0.2 and have created a new full-clone desktop pool with only 1 desktop currently for testing. However, the second I try to connect via HTML access it fails and I recieve a message saying, "Your desktop has been diconnected, Unable to reconnect to desktop". I have ensured that the HTML component is enabled when installing the agent on the clone. I can also access it fine via the full client internally and externally. I'm confident my firewall ports are ok as I've let the connection server installer configure the firewall on the internal connection server, and security server. I've installed the HTML Access component on the connection server only. Also, ive configured the PCOIP Secure gateway to point to the connection server's internal IP address under the 'connection server' section and the security server is configured with the external IP for PCOIP Secure Gateway. I've also enabled HTML Access for the pool.

 

I've always had this working fine in the past. The only difference this time is I'm using a full clone instead of a linked clone.

 

If anyone has any tips I'd be very grateful. Im tearing my hair out over this one!
