Problem description: Repeated keystrokes when K/B key is pressed once with Digitus KVM dividing a P20 and a physical PC with XP, the Physical PC and the Guest VM's show the same problem. When we change the KVM to an Aten KVM the Mouse display is lost but the left and right buttons work.
KVM: Digitus (Model : DC-11202-1) or Aten (CS-102U)
Solution/work arounds: The Digitus KVM was recomended in the Wyse Community...but we are still having Major repeating keystroke problems when the K/B key is pressed once.
The Aten KVM caused the Loss of the mouse pointer (but the left/right buttons worked fine)...we found that if you enabled the mouse pointer trails you could make the mouse Pointer visiable with a little ghosting (but this needs fine tuning) this is not practical as the Guest OS (XP) shoes a banner which need to be acknowledged with a mouse and there is one displayed at that time.
Folks can any one help resolve the loss of mouse pointer and K/B Flaw with a FIX.
Many Thanks
