Have a issue with VMware Horizon View where the sound is very good for the most time but some time voice completely disappearing for customers when a call desk is speaking,
and also latency 1-2sec, and sometime robotic voice,
The callcenter are using Bluetooth Sennheiser and we are using Real-Time Audio-Video for the moment with sound driver Teradici Virtual Audio Driver
we have disabled lost less in GPO, flash settings are medium and bandwith as well,
We are using Win Pe Wyse clients with Pcoip and optimized Win 7 VM.
Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
the software is using thinapp but was installed before with worst sound experiance.
