Disconnected desktop on intnernal connection server

Just when I thought I had everything working well...  another problem.  I got my security server setup and firewall rules and pcoip over secure gateway settings all correct and can connect from external sources now and working perfectly.

However...  now when I connect to my internal connection server, it asks for authentication, says connecting to desktop (from a mac client) and brings up the window in which you would normally see it logging on, and then a message pops up saying the desktop has disconnected.  Every freaking time.  I can connect to the desktop extnerally fine, but when we are on the same LAN as the connection server, I don't want to be going out and back in again thru the security server.

I have this setup at another site and it works find, internally and externally.  I have double checked all the connection server settings and they are all the same.  I have setup event logging and it thinks I have connected successfully.  About the only thing I haven't tried yet that I can think of is that i copied my VDI from the other site.  I can connect to this VDI over the external gateway.  I have removed and added the VDI to the pool...  is there a log on the VDI that I can look at that might tell me something?  And where would that be, or is it with the VMDK/VMX files on the datastore?

Really would like to say this project is finished, but I keep running into one more problem it seems :-(

Thanks

Bill
