Hello All,
I was sucessfully able to redirect a USB headset to the VDI machine either changing the registry or using the .adm templates provided, and also sucessfully executed AVAYA IP Agent on my virtual workstations. The problem I am facing is with the voice quality that make the calls useless. I am not sure if this is due to jittering or something else.
I am using VDM2.1.
Have you faced this issue? How can I solve it?
