Is there anyway to limit the number of the same rds application being opened per user session?

Hi all,

Good day. I am looking for a way to prevent users launch multiple instance of same application. The main purpose is to prevent system resources being abused.

I know C competitor can do that, so I am wondering can we do the same in View?
