vDGA-Nvidia K1 Configuration

Hello,

my actual configuration is:

- Horizon View 5.3

- ESXi 5.5.0 with Nvidia K1

- Windows7 64 bit VM with K1 configured in passthrough

I'm having some performance issues but really not sure if the problem is of the configuration or of the rendering software.

On my pools I set the 3D option as "Manage using vSphere Client", and on the VM I set for the Video card:

- Specify custom settings

- 3D Render "Automatic"

- 3D Graphics some disable some enable (I really don't see a great difference...)

I installed  NVIDIA driver on the VM and, running "dxdiag" I can see that I'm using correctly my K1 (I even run the different NVIDIA tools to adjust my settings correctly).

When I go in the "Device Manager" I find both the K1 and the Vmware SVGA 3D (infact In Display Options I can see 2 Displays, but I "use" only the primary, and I suppose it's the K1 because of what the dxdiag command says me)

Am I using the K1 at there best or I have to change my configuration ?

My principal doubt is on the "Automatic" Configuration on the 3D Render Option; I suppose that having a K1 in passthrough he uses always that adapter (as if I had set "Hardware").

At the begining I choose "Automatic" instead of "Hardware" option because in the second case I was not able to enable the 3D Graphics (and even because with the dxdiag comand I was sure I was using my K1).

Hope someone can help, thanks in advance
