Our desktop team has been experiencing issues supporting our end user's VDIs after a restart, refresh or recompose. Our DHCP lease is set at 30 min but it looks like the VDIs are not checking in properly. The hostname and IP are not refreshing as expected and the our techs are having issues when trying to remotely support the users. Has anyone else experienced this? We are considering shortening the lease time but I am not confident that would resolve the issue. Any ideas?
