Required ports from Security Server to Connection Server

Hello:

We are going to be setting up a Security Server soon in our DMZ for our View 6.2 environment.  We have a Connection Server and that part is all good internally.  I've been reading the documentation on which ports will actually be needed, between the Security Server and Connection Server (inbound from the DMZ to the internal network).  But, after reading that, I'm still not exactly clear on what are the minimum ports we will need for this inbound traffic from the Security Server in the DMZ to the internal Connection Server.  We want to have all clients connecting in from the outside using the Security Server, no direct client connections and no RDP will be used.  Users connecting from outside our internal network will be using primary the Horizon web client but there may be some using the regular Horizon Client.  What ports do we need to allow from the Security Server to the Connection Server (inbound)?  Our DMZ uses NAT.  So far from the documentation, I have:

UDP 500

UDP 4500

TCP 4001 (required?)

TCP 4002 (when is this used, is there a way to always use this vs. 4001?)

Is this all that is required?  Any help clarifying this would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
