Hi,
I have confured RDSH Desktop to one of my client and printer initially used by printer redirection. initially we had lot of issue on redirection some time print doesn't work. so we created print server and installed printer on each user login by policy.
Now when user login printer become unavailable. This issue happen in random, users in same RDSH one user able to print and unable to printer. we manually restart print spooler services and print works. This is some thing wired problem, restart "print spooler" service in RDSH is not wise thing to follow. does anyone been through this issue?
List of issue observed.
1. unable to print any thing.
2. unable to print excel but unable to print notepad and PDF
3. show printer driver unable while giving print
4. printer not available
