Persona Management pulls over files, but not user settings

Hi, guys

I'm setting up Persona Management for a Floating Pool of Non-persistent, Domain-Joined Desktops.

I have a DFS Namespace for the Personas set up with permissions set as per this article:

https://pubs.vmware.com/horizon-62-view/index.jsp#com.vmware.horizon-view.desktops.doc/GUID-8DA2B3DC-028F-4A0A-9AB0-DCABE72B802C.html

I have a Persona Management GPO set up and applied to the OU my Virtual Desktops are in. Settings are set as follows:

User Group Policy loopback processing mode - Enabled

Do not log users on with temporary profiles - Enabled

Prevent Roaming Profile changes from propagating to the server - Disabled

Add the administrators group to redirected folders - Enabled

Redirect Application Data (Roaming) - \\<DFS Space>\<DFS Folder>\%username%\AppData

Redirect Desktop - \\<DFS Space>\<DFS Folder>\%username%\Desktop

Redirect Start Menu - \\<DFS Space>\<DFS Folder>\%username%\Start Menu

Manage User Persona - Enabled, 5 minutes

Persona repository location - \\\\<DFS Space>\<DFS Folder>

Override Active Directory user profile path if it is configured - Disabled

Roam 'Local Settings' or 'AppData\Local' with user's persona - Enabled

My problem? I log into one Virtual Desktop, create a folder on the desktop, set up a network printer, make changes to the Start Menu (I just pin a couple things to the Start menu), and change the user background. I then log off and log on to another Virtual Desktop. The only thing that moves over is the file I created on the Desktop. NOTHING else. None of the other settings pulls over. What am I doing wrong? What am I missing?
