Checkout VM -how to transfer checkedout vm from one physical destop to another.

Hi Team,

I am using VMware View 5.1.0 in our company.

I have requirement to transfer locally checked-out vm from one desktop to another, is it possible?

I have done the checkout of VM and its downloaded to my desktop , now i need to transfer this checked-out vm to another system , is it possible to copy the vm folder from my desktop and paste to another system? vm should be permanently running from that desktop only.
