Environment is View 6.2.2 and Access Point 2.0.1.0
Users will connect and go through RSA authentication, then prompted for their AD credentials this is where it will hang "Authenticating"
Users can connect via HTML\Blast (users on IOS\Android have not reported any issues)
The clients are the latest 3.5.2
The only way to resolve the problem so far is to restart the Access Point
Since deployment Feb 21st this has happened 3 times (wednesday AM, tuesday PM, wednesday AM) - we have checked that no scans or other work is being done at the same time
Curious if anyone else has had this problem? or could point me in any direction? - i do have an open support ticket but so far no root cause
I have since noted that their is version 2.0.2.0 of the Access Point but i cant find any release notes to say what was fixed
Appreciate any help on this
