We recently upgraded to Horizon View 6.2.2
Now errors while using HTML access / BLAST
The users are receiving the following message, when they select a desktop from the webpage:
The display protocol for this desktop is currently not available. Please contact your system administrator.
(after a few retries they can connect)
In View Administrator events:
Unable to launch from Pool <PooID> for user <user>: There were no machines available that reported protocol [BLAST] as ready
In a test pool with only 2 machines we got the same error’s After a few attempts the user connects to a machine giving an error before.
This happens also on the inside network without a security server.
