When a user is connected to their virtual desktop using the View Client via PCoIP and a second connection is made through a remote control application (System Center 2012 Configuration Manager) based on RDP, the View Client connection to the desktop terminates. The View Client error message is "The connection to the remote computer ended." Are multiple/concurrent connections allowed to a virtual desktop at any one given time? Are there any settings that can be changed to allow two concurrent connections to a virtual desktop over PCoIP and direct RDP?
The same behavior happens when connected over PCoIP and direct RDP at the same time as well. Any assistance or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
