VDI provisions error - duplicate computer accounts in AD

Can you advise please on a windows 7 pool i am trying to deploy.  I am using view 4.6 and am using vcentre 5.0 and esxi5.0.  I have a floating pool. I use a customization spec, where i enter all the windows 7 key, admin password, and importantly a script to run which would add the the new desktop to our windows domain which is a windows 2003 AD domain.  The script we run uses powershell and use the add-computer -domainname -oupath, which adds the computer to the domain and the computer account into specific OU.

The issue we have for some VD which get provisioned they get duplicate computer accounts in the OU.  The depulicate account is disabled and has some junk letters after its name.  When we try to connect to these VD's via the vdi client we get the following error message :security database on the server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship.

SO it seems an issue with adding to the domain.  But some vd's from the same pool get deployed fine.  So if i provisoned 10 desktops, 6 would work fine, while 4 will get the error message above.

Anyone come across this issue, or have any links on what i can check.  Is it more like a vmware or microsoft issue.
