Scrolling Problems with View Client running Silverlight in Sharepoint 2013

We are having problems on our view clients scrolling our SharePoint results with Silverlight.  The act of scrolling causes the results to drop most of the pixels.

Here are the expected results which I get when I run the SharePoint query in I.E. 8 on my PC workstation (outside of view).  Scrolling works properly.

Below are the results when I run the SharePoint query in I.E. 8 in my view session and then scroll:

We cannot run a newer version of I.E. because some of our other software will not support it.

I have added video RAM (total 32 meg) to the image and have played with the security settings to no avail.

I have also applied this .vmx fix which also did not help:

We are using View 5.0.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
