View 5.3.3 HTML access for iOS

We updated our View 5.3.0 environment to 5.3.3

Now we have problems with our iOS/iPad devices to connect to the view desktop (html access).

With 5.3.0, the same environment has worked for the iOS devices - it's only a test-environment, so we used on all view-servers (security- and connectionserver) self signed certificates.

In the 5.3.3 setting, we also use self signed certificates.

Whenever a iOS device is connecting to the desktop, the desktop session is emmediatly disconnected. In the "blast" log - on the view desktop - we see this errors:

2015-02-17 10:54:34,978 [DEBUG] 0x00000d50 pipelib::PipeLog: PipeServer: Wrote response of 25 bytes (immed.)

2015-02-17 10:54:35,049 [WARN ] 0x00000dfc http2::Connection::OnReadRequest: Error reading request, code: 335544539 [asio.ssl: short read]

2015-02-17 10:54:35,049 [WARN ] 0x00000df4 http2::Connection::OnReadRequest: Error reading request, code: 335544539 [asio.ssl: short read]

2015-02-17 10:54:36,720 [INFO ] 0x00000d74 desktopChangeMonitor::ThreadProcInst: Input desktop change detected, switched to Default.

2015-02-17 10:54:47,431 [DEBUG] 0x00000dd8 http2::Connection::OnIdleTimerCheck: Closing idle connection after 30 seconds of inactivity.

2015-02-17 10:54:48,006 [DEBUG] 0x00000dfc http2::Connection::OnIdleTimerCheck: Closing idle connection after 30 seconds of inactivity.

2015-02-17 10:54:48,006 [WARN ] 0x00000de4 http2::Connection::OnReadRequest: Error reading request, code: 10054 [system: Eine vorhandene Verbindung wurde vom Remotehost geschlossen]

I guess this is because the self signed certificates / SSL warnings in the safari browser.

With windows devices and html access  we have no problem to connect to the same view desktop.

I don't know what has changed between version 5.3.0 and 5.3.3 for the ssl/certificate/session-what-ever.

Is the only way to get this working in View version 5.3.3 to buy a public certificate?

Thanks and regards, Sascha
